Time

Time, one of the biggest factor in every one of our lives. Time can show you heights, it can also show you fall down. Time is day and time is night, in reality time is life. When we are born our count down begins, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock and then finally it ends. When we are happy and enjoying the time it runs faster, when we are sad time runs slower, it is all about our perception. We want time to stop during happiness and want it to run faster during sadness. Time has to pass the same way it always does but it is the easiness or the hardness that builds up.

The whole theory about time teaches us a lot. The more I think about time, It feels like going deep down in ocean of thoughts. It gives you experience, learn as much as you can because it is rightly said that “Even one life is not enough to gain knowledge and experience”. Each and every moment of your life gives you a lesson, sometimes good and sometimes bad. It all depends on our outlook, if we have a positive attitude towards life we take all the things optimistically and if not, then we are stuck in a situation where even god can not help us.

Since time is short, we should always express our gratitude towards God, towards life and towards people around us. Never hesitate, just say “Thank You”. Thank god for giving this life, thank god for giving such fabulous parents, thank god for giving all the comforts. As we see all over the world blood has become cheaper than water, people are fighting for food, fighting for life, so we should thank god for keeping us safe. You never know what will happen next, nothing is predictable.

Live each day as if it's your last, whatever we have, money, fame, respect, beauty etc. everything has to fade one day. We came empty handed and we will go back the same way. The only thing that will be left behind is memories. So let's makes some good memories and make everyone happy.

Time is free, but it's priceless, you can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you have lost it, you can NEVER get it back.

Friendship

Friendship, I don't know how but suddenly it came to my mind that I want to write about Friendship. I know people there is nothing great about this subject, the word itself is so common and in fact huge within itself especially when it comes to defining it. I can not put everything in these few lines of post and also it might be possible that my perception about friendship changes after ten or twenty years ahead in my life and eventually what I am writing now, I may find it weird.

                                                                                                          Anyway let's get back to the subject. Friendship is a relationship which exists between two people whom we call FRIENDS. Who is a friend? A normal person like other relations, no I don't agree. Let me elaborate, every relationship in your life has certain limitations but friendship has none. When you are talking to your friend, you don't have to think twice before you speak. Understanding level with a friend can be marvelous, just looking into each others eye is enough. A friendship has no demands and no complaints. Fight between friends in itself is yet another experience because they fight for each other not for themselves. Whenever we are happy we want to share it with friend, also whenever we are sad we want to share it with our friend. Once this relationship is earned, there is no way turning back because it is added to one of the auspicious treasures of your life and nobody can take it from you not even the friend itself.
                    But as we all know life is not that smooth as it seems to be, with time people change, priorities change and so our relationships and that includes friendship as well. There are very rare cases where you will have your friend with you life long, well if that happens to anybody then he or she is the luckiest person in the world.
                                                              So at last my point is lets not waste our time and lets cherish each & every moment with our friends because you never know when life will take a turn and then you will realize that you lost those golden moments which you would have had with them.

P.S.  A friend is one who knows all of your flaws, mistakes and weaknesses and still thinks you are completely amazing.

Experience

Experience is something that starts counting in your life the day you are born, from being a toddler to an adult. Experience is an exact simulation of a baby who tries to learn walking, he faces a lot of difficulties, a lot of hurdles, he falls, he cries, but at the end he achieves the target. Similarly experience is not all about good experiences, its a combination of everything, good or bad.

                                                                 Experience is such an art of life that you can share with anybody so that the mistakes which you did in your life other person should not do. Here comes the role of our parents which is most important. It is rightly said that when you are confused about taking any decision in your life, you have your parents to guide you always. For whatever it takes you should never doubt your parents because their idea or their decision might not match with yours but when they say something, they know the complete picture of the situation and trust me its always right.

                                      When I was in school, in my english class I learned a very good thing from an author. He said "Even one life is not enough to gain experience and knowledge".  This line inspired me so much that honestly after that I tried to read as much as I can, learn as much as I can and will continue to do that forever.

                                          There is one more kind of Experience which comes into role when you start working in an organization. This experience is little hard than others in your life. You don't have any option other than to perform. Its not like everyday you wake up, go to office, fulfill your 9 to 5 job and then come back and sleep and then start the same journey again, its absolutely different. World is becoming competitive. I don't mean that it was not competitive earlier. In old days life was very simple, human requirements were less. But now the society has become modern and demanding so as a common man.

So keep learning, keep experiencing. As it is rightly said "Experience is not what happens to a man; it is what a man does with what happens to him".

Android and YouTube

One of my application requires playing YouTube Videos. As always I was probing for the query. And I got a very nice solution and also got to know an interesting fact about how we can extract you tube thumbnail URL from the Video URL.


To play a you tube Video from your application first of all you need the YouTube Video ID which you can easily get from the YouTube Video URL.


For Example you have YouTube URL


http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIqzxU6mG8M


Here you have a video ID v = alqzxU6mG8M


So you just need to pass this Video ID to the intent and it will play the video.

Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW, Uri.parse("vnd.youtube://" + "aIqzxU6mG8M"));

Now lets see how we can get the YouTube Video thumbnail from this Video ID

Trust

"TRUST" A very simple word and also a word that can be easily kept for anyone. In our daily life we meet a number of people. We talk, we laugh, we share and then slowly we develop good relationships. This can be termed as  a law of nature. There is faith, respect, care, understanding and lot more things. But as a matter of fact, its not the same forever. By another law of nature which is called "CHANGE" comes into role. People change, they do change and the change can be for the betterment or it can also be for detriment.

We trust and even develop a kind of bonding that we expect to last forever. And also those sparkling moments we share convince our hearts completely that the person is never going to break the bond and will be there for you, with you, always. Its not at all necessary that all the moments we spend are happening, its very obvious that once you develop trust for someone then you may have a lot of expectations. Yeah now comes the twist. You see I have mentioned a very big word here "EXPECTATIONS". Well what should I say, this word is the creator and this is also the destroyer.

Again if I talk about expectations then its not at all the case that two people have same level of expectations from each other. In fact I have seen some people they don't expect anything from you and that is the best thing to have. But you see, you will always get the best that's not possible. Now the sparkling moments becomes a burden. Things change, respect turns into abasement, understanding becomes misunderstanding, and care is  completely out of question. Now in such an unattractive situation you are not left with any other option and so you end up everything. 

Its very easy to gain someone's "trust" and its much more easier to break someone's "trust" but its very difficult to honor that "trust". 

Destiny

Life is full of adventures. When and What will come your way is not known to you. Its not only you nobody in this mysterious world can predict what will happen next. But we humans are so eager to know our future that we keep on knocking the doors of those suspicious astrologers who claim to be cognizant of everybody's hereafter.  I am not saying that they are unreasonable, their knowledge can just provide you an outline but the exact truth is only known to our almighty.
                                                                             Each and every moment is auspicious, new things fall your way whether good or bad, and individuals handle them accordingly. Actually handling situations depends a lot on your perception and when I talk about perception here comes your attitude(positive or negative). Attitude plays a vital role in taking not only important but very important decisions of your life.
Right attitude at right time is a rare combination which people do experience in solving their significant problems. However there exist some dilemma which cannot be even figured out with the help of this rare combination and then here comes into play our DESTINY.
                                                                                          Its a very common situation in any individual's life and this is the time when we are so confused that we are unable to recover. We think over and over, scratch our brains, seek suggestions from our family, friends, teachers etc and then get more confused because each one of them have a different aspect to your so called dilemma. You are so hassled with the situation that you become a victim of a huge cyclone. There is a huge fight between your mind and soul. Your mind says take a left but your heart says take a right, which way to go you can never decide. At the end you are left all alone standing on the roadside. Then after so much of hustle and bustle we ask God for help, well this is so common when we are happy we don't even bother to thank God but when we are not left with any option we call him and despite of our selfish nature God helps us.
                                                                                                 All I want to say is that you should not be despaired with such upcoming dilemmas and have faith (the biggest power in this universe) on God and leave everything to your destiny because if there is a question and then definitely it will have an answer to it. Its just that you need to explore it by some or the other way.
